This is the second in a series of trainings designed to provide tips and advice on how to build an effective grassroots organization and run winning campaigns. Each session will be free and open to the public, go in-depth on a specific topic, and be led by an expert in the field.

Learn from a remarkable trainer – Amie Kershner
Amie Kershner is the Finance Director for Priorities USA, the SuperPAC supporting Secretary Clinton's presidential bid and the principal at AKM Consulting, a national fundraising and consulting firm based in Washington, DC.  In the 2014 election cycle, she served as the national finance director for US Senator Chris Coons, from Delaware. She was integral in managing all aspects of the fundraising program and helped to raise nearly 2/3 of the overall campaign budget. Previously, she was national finance director for Senate Candidate, and then Senator, Mazie K. Hirono, from Hawaii.
