Anne Arundel County, Maryland last year experienced more hate crimes than any other jurisdiction in Maryland. Anne Arundel County Public Schools had more "bias incidents" than every before. What is going on?

The Caucus of African-American Leaders has invited State's Attorney Anne Colt Leitess, law enforcement officials and members of the Maryland General Assembly to answer these and other questions. Please mark your calendars for a robust discussion.
