This Friday March 3, our speaker will be Delegate Edith Patterson, 2nd Vice President of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland.  (Edith represent District 28, Charles County.)  The Caucus is composed of African Americans elected to the Maryland General Assembly.  Since its formation in 1970, the Caucus membership has grown from 17 to 48 and is one of the largest Black Caucuses in the country.
