This Friday, March 18, our speaker will be Frank Dunbaugh, J.D.,  founder and executive director of the Maryland Justice Policy Institute.  From 1978 to present, Frank has been active in the field of justice reform.  The Institute has been involved in such issues as prison overcrowding, racial incarceration ratios, lifer parole policy, protection of prisoners from rape and assaults.   Frank has also worked on cases involving rights of write-in candidates and ballot access for candidates of alternative political parties.
