This Friday, January 22, our speaker will be Delegate Kumar Barve.  Kumar is Chairman of the House Environment and Transportation Committee so he can address issues before the State Legislature.  He is also running as a Democratic candidate for Congress, 8th District, so he will also be addressing  issues before the Federal legislative body.
