The D30 Club is dedicated to electing Democrats and mobilizing the vote in 2017 and beyond. Each of our initiatives focus on increasing voter turnout and building infrastructure or programs to increase voter turnout in the 2017 and 2018 elections.

Absentee Voter Outreach

Absentee voting is a critical to ensuring that all Marylanders can participate in the election. Annapolis recently expanded election law to allow no-fault absentee voting. The D30 Club is committed to reaching out to both traditional absentee voters and those who wish to vote by absentee ballot for the first time.
