TEAM VAN HOLLEN NEEDS YOUR HELP TO KNOCK DOORS, CALL VOTERS And WORK THE POLLS  As an active, committed Democrat who has worked hard to support and get out the vote for Democratic candidates in previous elections, we are asking you to join Team Van Hollen to insure that he wins the Democratic primary on April 26th to succeed Senator Barbara Mikulski.  Both have been incredible champions for all Marylanders. Chris Van Hollen is the best candidate to fill this Senate seat and he is determined to win Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, but to achieve that goal he needs your help! Last Saturday a number of volunteers knocked doors for Chris. Some for the first time. Thank you!! Special thanks to all the volunteers who responded to our urgent request to work the polls for early voting. You represented Chris at the Senior Center every day, all day. Voter response to our presence was enthusiastic. Please join us one last time and commit a few hours next Saturday to knock doors with your fellow Democrats on April 23rd. WHERE: - Eastport Shopping Center, 1023 Bay Ridge Ave., Annapolis.   Look for Team Van Hollen signs at the far end of the parking lot, closest to Americana Drive. NOTE: Alderman Ian Pfeiffer will join us to canvass for Chris in DW 7. We would love to have other W 7 volunteers join him. We also need help in W 1. WHAT - You will be given a list of names and addresses of Democrats identified as likely voters for Van Hollen along with questions to ask to confirm their support and materials to distribute. Ideally volunteers will be paired, and you will receive training and a chance to ask questions before setting out. If you have friends willing to help, please invite them to join us. POLLS and PHONES – Volunteers are also needed to call voters and work the polls. We need to contact voters, encourage them to vote for Chris, greet them at the polls on April 26th and ask them to mark their ballot for Chris.
