This Friday, August 28, our speakers will be Dr. Phil Favero and Dr. Will Candler.  Both are long-time Annapolitans with a strong history in environmental and peace and justice issues.  These gentlemen will talk to us about the very important issue of global warming.  Will has written a book entitled “Global Warming:The Answer” and Phil is the Coordinator of Climate Stewards of Greater Annapolis.  To me this is one of the most important issues of our time.  To deny its existence is like “putting one’s head in the sand.“
