This Friday, July 8, our speaker will be Carl Snowden.  A longtime civil rights activist, former Annapolis City Alderman, and former chair of the City’s  Housing Commission, Carl has recently help organize The Caucus of African American Leaders.  Carl last spoke to us in January 2015.  Always interesting and well informed.
