This Friday, October 27, our speaker will be John Wobensmith, Maryland Secretary of State.   I first met John when he was president and member of the Anne Arundel County Board of Education (1978-1987).   What you may not know is that John has over 45 years of experience in the national security field.  He and his wife of 50 years, Judi, live in Annapolis.
